Carl Dietrich
Co-Founder, CEO / CTO

Carl has 20 years in aviation technology and entrepreneurship. He founded the flying car company Terrafugia and led it for 13 years, through its sale to Zhejiang Geely Holding Group. He is a member of ASTM F37, the committee that writes standards used by the FAA, and an inventor on multiple patents. Carl is a private pilot and a Lemelson-MIT Prize winner.

Jeff Myjak
Co-Founder, Director of Fabrication

Jeff has 30 years of experience in composite design and production. He founded and runs Still Water Design, Inc., which builds about one hundred high-performance composite boats a year, including camera platforms used at the Olympic Games. He has advised many companies on cost-effective composite production and developed CNC techniques for rapid tooling fabrication.

Kevin Glenney
Co-Founder, Director of Systems Integration

Kevin has spent 30 years in aviation and entrepreneurship, with deep experience in eVTOL aircraft. He has worked at Goodrich, Collins Aerospace, Terrafugia, AeroVironment, Wisk, and with Transport Canada. Kevin is a commercial pilot rated in both fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft, which gives him a pilot's view of the systems he integrates.

Co-Founder, Director of Strategic Partnerships

Jess has more than 8 years of experience in business development. She has led multi-million-dollar sales and partnership agreements across healthcare and emergency response. At Jump Aero, Jess builds strong partnerships with Fire and EMS agencies and the organizations that support them.
